An important reminder ~

Lake Tahoe is federal water governed by the U.S. Coast Guard which means to comply with law no more than 6 customers are permitted on the boat at a time, even tho we have the safety gear and carrying capacity for much more. But don’t worry, with rad locations to base out of such as a beach or private dock we can rotate passengers for a better time. Besides, with that many people who wants to wait 2+ hours for their turn anyways, so everyone is more relaxed, stoked, and taken care of following this rule – and generally happier overall. Sit back, picnic it up and take in the Tahoe scenery as the next rotation of party waves is about to get bigger and better.

The Boat

2023 Super Air Nautique G23 with the combined wave plate/tab surf technology, updated ballast, telescoping tower, and Paragon hull.

We custom shape & tune the wave for every surfer. The G23 with plenty of PCM horsepower, luxurious high end interior, 16 passenger spacious seating, reverse seating, awesome walk through to a massive tail board, *heaters and heated seats*, soft flooring, underwater lighting, changing cup holder colors, and the most epic sound system ever! It is the nicest boat in the water. Experience it for yourself while the wave kicks right up with the boat up to speed in no time.

Wetsuits by O'Neill

New, fresh, and a clean wide-variety of high performance wetsuit options for children, teen, women, and men to feel comfortable in all conditions (3XL down to child size 1!): tops, full suits, booties, gloves, and hoods. Surf ready and feeling shredy, we got you comfy and well covered!

We use mostly the O’Neill Hyperfreak chest zips in 4-3 & 3:2 (and some back zip options) for their eco-conscious design using recycled oyster shells and solvent free materials. They’re super warm, stretchy, comfy, and amazing! Their techno butter material is the best!

Our wetsuits are not available for rent to the general public. They are for our customer use only.

Owner, Captain, Surf & Foil Coach

With a love for ocean surfing, and extensive background teaching water & snow sports, the inspiration behind Tahoe Surf Company was fueled to share the progression of learning with others. Originally from the Santa Cruz mountains, you might pick up on a groovy lingo, find Jeb nerding out on nutrition, or globe trotting for epic waves and snowy winters. A UNR graduate, he also has many years experience as a professional firefighter (mostly in Tahoe), snowboard instructor examiner, ski instructor, swim instructor, and lifeguard. Water safety assured, just ask him about how to make the most good luvin grubin tahonian frothy coffee ever. USCG 25 Ton Master Captain, EMT, PSIA and AASI Level 3 certified (yes that is Jeb snowboarding down DLB!)

Oliviah Gemperle

Captain - Surf Coach

Party waves and & aloha vibes! Oliviah grew up operating surf boats and her water forging hydrology is at mastery level. She’ll surf the wave slashing lefts and rights & dial your learning progressions with stoke and ease. A Cal Poly grad, she also loves free-skiing, traveling, and horseback riding. USCG Captain credentialed.

Tommy Czeschin

Surf Coach - Pro Athlete

The machine. Boost, style and stomp. We shouldn’t say much more. The godfather of wakesurfing, a U.S. Olympian with Andy & Hannah, and still coaching elite Olympic Athletes in Snowboard Super Pipe… Tommy loves sharing his stoke for surfing with others. Tommy has had one of the top pro-wake surf models called the “Primo” for a number of years with Liquid Force which we all absolutely love and try to mimic his wizardry surf and skim creativity of taking fun to the next level! Tommy was a team rider for Nautique boats for a number of years and is currently surfing for MB! With enough notice we’ll have Tommy coach the ultimate surf experience with you. Amazing Race finalist with Andy Finch in season 19, Tommy loves hanging with his family ~ full of protégé athletes… “Fish On!”

Alaskan money booters, Vans Triple Crown, or racking air miles on Finch Airlines, Andy has an extensive professional career in snowboarding inspiring lives around the world, in fact he is a 2006 U.S. Winter Olympian in the halfpipe event in Italy! Travel savvy with mad survivor skills, Andy competed in the 19th Amazing Race with fellow U.S. Olympian Tommy Czeschin, is an avid ocean surfer, and renown guest speaker (he also holds a world title in boarder cross and might know a thing or two about wakeboarding). If it aint turquoise barrels, massive airs, or sick big mountain back country lines, he loves traveling with his family, serving in our community, and encouraging youth through Word of Life in New York! Sr. Surf Coach & Captain, USCG credentialed Boat Captain, First Aid & CPR certified. We’re convinced he’s certified in human acrobatics of some type along with others on our team…

Hannah Teter

Surf Coach - Pro Athlete

World Champion at age 15 inspired by her older brothers professional snowbaord careers, a THREE TIME Winter Olympian in Woman’s Super Pipe earning a Gold Medal, Silver Medal, and just about tied for Bronze, named by the United States Olympic Committee the “Sports Woman of the Year,” she has also won the ESPY Award for “Best Action Sports Female!” Medaling countless X-Games, crushing numerous Grande Prix events, with many World Cup Championship victories (and even made some Titan Games to say the least)… we have the pleasure & honor of surfing with Hannah while she loves coaching wakesurfing after an astonishing professional athlete career! Hannah is known for her charitable philanthropist generosity of paying her contest winnings forward including from her “Hannah’s Gold Maple Syrup” non profit and other loving support to communities in Africa by digging wells & providing people access to fresh clean water! Post epic summers in Lake Tahoe, you can find Hannah blasting fresh pow descents around our local snowy Sierra Nevadas, or helping families buy their dream home in Tahoe to enjoy these remarkable back doors. We’ll arrange All-Inclusive trips with Heli – US Ski Member companies and back country snow cat trips for memorable and remarkable back country experiences accompanied by private coaching internationally from Alaska, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah to Japan, Austria, and Switzerland! When you know the right techniques from real time individualized feedback, and with epic footage taken of you ripping panoramic, high definition, surround sound, untouched heavenly mana, it’s a different experience. With the highest obtainable ski and snowboard athlete & teaching credentials available, let us show you.

NOTE: Heli Adventures are high-risk – extreme skiing and snowboarding for advanced riders in challenging and technical terrain requiring a vast knowledge and skill level with proper training using specific specialty gear and equipment under the supervision of professional ski-mountaineering guides. TSC will arrange trips and accompany clients along the trip and offer coaching and powder surfing assistance and direction under the facilitation of the Heli Operators we agree to book with. Costs involve the “Heli Operators” full fare plus our fixed coaching/booking fees TBD based on the trip arranged. Travelers Insurance and flights must be obtained on your own and we will help plan transportation. Heli Trips are booked 1 to 2 years in advance after thorough interview to determine appropriate eligibility/goals for everyone’s enjoyment and safety. Private ski and snowboard professional training is available with us to work your way up to the necessary deep powder riding ability and beyond!
