Service Agreement
Tahoe Surf Company is an exclusive, family-focused atmosphere. We promote a genuine and safe wake surfing experience in the beauty of Lake Tahoe. In order to maximize this experience, participants must agree to our basic terms.
- No shoes or sand on the boat.
- No excessive drinking on the boat.
- No smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco on the boat.
- Please no excessive display of affection to maintain a family style atmosphere.
- Please use respectful language.
- Please keep tote bags & backpacks off the seats.
- No sharp objects on clothing (ie: loose rivets, key chains, etc.) THANK YOU.
Refund / Cancelation Policy
To secure your date and time with Tahoe Surf Company, payment in full at the time of your reservation is required. Cancelations must be made at least 4 days in advance for a full refund. We appreciate this greatly as it opens that time for other guests and preserves our schedules. Refunds will be processed within 4 days of cancelation.
Cancelations made less than 4 days of the reservation will be charged a 2 hr minimum. Under special circumstances we may apply the minimum charge toward a future booking. Exceptions are made if lake conditions prove unsafe for wake surfing as a result of heavy excessive wind, rain, or lightning. TSC is happy to work with you on the best solution. Pet Policy
As much as we love furry friends too, due to close quarters, luxury boat upholstery, changing/unpredictable weather patterns, unexpected waves from other boat chop in Tahoe waters - loved pet reactions can be a distraction to the acting Captain, endanger passenger safety, and disrupt emergency actions. We apologize in advance.
Privacy Policy
Personal information will NOT be shared with anyone (except for law enforcement/911) for any reason. Payment information will be discarded after each transaction. Information from the signed Liability Waiver will be filed securely and kept confidential with Tahoe Surf Company, LLC.
