For pick up and drop off locations beyond 10 minutes commute from our launch zone (weather driven), a fair service charge is added for our extended travel time to meet you. (see rates below)

All-inclusive on custom 2023 Super Air Nautique G23’$, we are a high performance coaching company – for which pricing includes professional instruction from 2 coaches/operators, with top end gear & equipment, and includes snacks & beverages.
Even though the extensive increase in operational costs due to global economical production challenges, we ramped up our equipment, gear, and services again for consistent top tier unmatched surf experiences! For 2023, due to the ongoing significant increases in new boat production costs & maintenance labor prices, operational local fees, significant fuel price hikes, housing inflation / increased cost of living for our staff in Tahoe, we had to raise rates a minimal amount this year to keep up and continue to better serve everyone.

Prices are based on our average round trips and longer return times to the West Shore traveling slow against strong wind and waves.

All pricing includes the Surf Captain, professional coaching with an additional Surf Coach, quality snacks & beverages, a variety of 2023 new, high-end wake surfboards (plethora to choose from) and performance life vests by Liquid Force for all ages/sizes, and a variety of high end clean & fresh wetsuit options!
FOR PAYMENT WE ACCEPT: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, (+ cash & local checks). Upon reserving a credit card is required to hold your reservation with a $100 per hour reservation deposit (towards the final balance). Credit card transactions have a 1.5% transaction fair charge at final. TSC has a 72hr cancelation notice policy with a 2 hr minimum. We offer to cater custom order meals through Tahoe House Bakery, and charcuterie through The Board with a 48hr notice. Gratuity for exemplary service is welcome. Thank you!
Refund & Cancelation Policy:
To secure a date and time with Tahoe Surf Company, please make a payment in full at the time of your reservation.
Return of payments and refunds will be processed within 72 hrs.
Cancelations must be made at least 72 hrs in advance for a full refund of an advanced reservation. We appreciate this greatly so we may know to open that time for other guests.
For cancelations made in less than 72 hrs, a 2 hr minimum will be charged. Under special circumstances we may credit the minimum charge towards a booking at a future date, for we definitely want to go surfing with you.
When a reservation is accepted within 72 hours of wakesurfing, you will be committing to a 2 hour minimum if a cancelation is made.
If lake conditions end up unsafe for wakesurfing from heavy wind, rain, or lightning, that is understandable for an exception, and we are happy to work out with you the best solution.

Nobody’s information will be shared with anyone (except for law enforcement/911) for any reason, and all personal information (name & contact) will be kept private with Tahoe Surf Company, LLC. and its secure booking/PCI compliant payment platform. Over the phone payment information will be discarded with Tahoe Surf Company after the transaction and not held on file. Information on the Liability Waiver signed in person will be filed secure and confidential with Tahoe Surf Company, LLC.

Service Agreement
Tahoe Surf Company is an exclusive family-focused atmosphere promoting a safe and genuine experience of wake surfing and enjoying the beauty of Tahoe in the awesome company of others. In order to maximize this experience, all participants must agree to our basic terms.
Core Agreements
No excessive drinking on the boat.
Please No smoking / vaporizers, or tobacco on the boat.
Please No excessive display of affection to keep it a family atmosphere.
Please keep language respectful.
No sharp objects on clothing such as loose rivets, key chains, etc.
Pet Policy: Due to the close quarters on a luxury boat moving on great open Tahoe waters with changing weather patterns and conditions, to the nature of animals needing close watch, restroom needs, our NO exception to sand and dirt inside the boat, and concern for high end upholstery scratches, we kindly ask not to bring any pets on board as they are not permitted. Additionally, a vessel navigating on federal waterway can encounter large waves to suddenly tilt a boat off level axis, or take on water over the gunwale or bow. Shall an animal responded unpredictably it could create a distraction to the operator of the vessel while looking after the optimal safety of passengers, nearby traffic or obstacles, and/or people behind the boat in tow while under way. In no way can we risk the potential for distractions over everyone’s safety. Thank you for your understanding.
