Return, Refund, and Cancelation Policy:

To secure a date and time with Tahoe Surf Company, please make a payment in full at the time of your reservation.
When a reservation is accepted within 72 hours of wakesurfing, you will be committing to a 2 hour minimum.
Cancelations must be made prior to 72 hrs in advance for a full refund, otherwise a 2 hr minimum will be charged.
Return of payments and refunds will be processed within 72hrs.
We appreciate this greatly so we may know to open that time for other guests.
Under special circumstances we may credit the minimum charge towards a booking at a future date, for we definitely want to go surfing with you.
If lake conditions end up unsafe for wakesurfing from heavy wind, rain, or lightning, that is understandable for an exception, and we are happy to work out with you the best solution.

Privacy Policy:

Nobody’s information will be shared with anyone (except for law enforcement in an emergency of course) for any reason, and all personal information (name & contact) will be kept private with Tahoe Surf Company, LLC. and its secure booking/PCI compliant payment platform.  Over the phone payment information will be discarded with Tahoe Surf Company after the transaction and not held on file.  Information on the Liability Waiver signed in person will be filed secure and confidential with Tahoe Surf Company, LLC.

Pet Policy:

Due to the close quarters on a luxury boat moving on great open Tahoe waters with changing weather patterns and conditions, to the nature of animals needing close watch, restroom needs, our NO exception to sand and dirt inside the boat, and concern for high end upholstery scratches, we kindly ask not to bring any pets on board as they are not permitted. Additionally, a vessel navigating on federal waterway can encounter large waves to suddenly tilt a boat off level axis, or take on water over the gunwale or bow. Shall an animal responded unpredictably it could create a distraction to the operator of the vessel while looking after the optimal safety of passengers, nearby traffic or obstacles, and/or people behind the boat in tow while under way. In no way can we risk the potential for distractions over everyone’s safety. Thank you for your understanding.

Core Agreements:

– No excessive drinking on the boat.
– Please No smoking / vaporizers, or tobacco on the boat.
– Keep language respectful.
– No excessive displays of affection to maintain a family atmosphere.
– No sharp objects on clothing such as loose rivets, key chains, etc.
